Dr. Victoria Rodino is a distinguished healthcare leader with a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Higher Education Teaching certification from Harvard University. With over two decades of healthcare experience—ten of which have been focused on digital health innovation—she brings a strong academic foundation and a passion for research-driven solutions. As a member of the Houston Christian University advisory committee, she actively contributes to advancing healthcare education and policy.

Melinda Amrein, MSOL, PHR, SHRM-CP

Melinda Amrein, MSOL, PHR, SHRM-CP

Melinda Amrein brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and executive coaching to her role as Instructor at Ashland University. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Studies, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
 
Melinda is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation. She also completed Mercy University's Strategic AI in HR Program (July 2024) and the Executive Education Instructor Program (May 2025), reflecting her ongoing commitment to academic and professional excellence.
