Andi Andrews-Isreal has a B.S. and M.S in Marketing & Communications from Franklin University and an Executive Leadership Certification from Yale University.  Across almost 20 years of corporate technology experience Andi has built and led teams to tackle some of the toughest industry challenges in Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail in top Fortune 100 companies including Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, Nationwide, JPM Chase and L Brands.  Andi's professional experience and leadership includes Data & Analytics, Engineering, Product Management, Experience Design, and Architecture.  Andi is currently the Chief Enterprise Architect for Johnson & Johnson across Global Corporate Technology and resides in New Albany, OH.

Stephene Klein

Stephene Klein

Stephene Klein is a trailblazer whose academic and professional journeys stand as a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence. She holds three master's degrees - an MBA, MPH, and MPHA - from Everglades University, Boca Raton, FL, where she graduated summa cum laude, marking her place at the pinnacle of her class with an unrivaled 4.0 GPA. This academic titan not only delivered the Graduate Commencement keynote address, inspiring a crowd of over 1,000 attendees, but she is also a notable faculty member guiding the next generation of leaders. Her profound insights and wealth of knowledge have shaped countless C-suite executives, fostering excellence and innovation on a global scale.

Outside of academia, Stephene has consistently made a global impact. She is a Biopage Gold Medalist, Storytelling Writing Award Winner (2024), and the recipient of the Global Vision Award for Brand Strategy in 2023. She was also the featured cover story of South Florida Magazine in 2021 and has etched her place in the global business echelons. Her dynamic role at Zschool, saw her spearhead over 500+ Advisory Board meetings, annually, shaping the strategic direction for over 10,000 CxOs and senior executives worldwide.

Mike Pring

I’ve been deeply involved in all aspects of the development, support, and successful adoption of industrial software for 30 years. My professional focus is on the growth and operation of successful companies, particularly, but not exclusively, in the software space. I also have a strong interest in higher education, executive development, and sustainability. Central to this are people, and my strong commitment to advise, coach and enable the next generation of great leaders.

Michael Rojas is a Mechanical Engineer pursuing an MBA in Sustainability with a concentration in Circular Value Chain Management.
 
His work focuses on exploring the integrated-bottom line of people, planet, and economic prosperity to develop successful business cases for purpose-driven organizations. As a LEAN practitioner, Michael has expertise in the fields of Project Management, Process Improvements, and Sustainable Business Strategy.
