With her 26 years as a national thought leader in employee benefits, Tricia Schmidt brings a creative and unique strategic view to solving the most significant issues clients face today. She leverages data and analytics to optimize benefit programs and drive outcomes, all while ensuring active employee engagement. As a senior strategist, Tricia advises the team from discovery to strategic planning through implementation, overseeing the relationship with each client.

Tricia has been a featured speaker at the Conference Board, National and Regional SHRM Conferences, Retail Symposium, Argentum Senior Living Conference, WTW Annual Growth Conference, and the WTW Exceptional Producer Council. She has spoken at several conferences on Women's Health, the Tech Effect, Employee Benefit Captive Programs, the Dynamic Changing Workforce, Private Exchange Strategies and International Benefits and Global Risks.

Prior to joining Alliant, Tricia led the enterprise sales team for Accolade, an advocacy and navigation firm. Before that, she was part of the North American leadership team at Willis Towers Watson, holding several leadership roles such as the National Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Brokerage and Advisory Services, National Growth Leader and Midwest Region Leader. Tricia is a member of the Alliant Innovation Council.
