Tony Shaffer, EIT, CEM is the Bureau Chief of Construction, Activation, Maintenance, and Sustainability at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC). He holds a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Miami University, Oxford OH. Tony is an active member of the American Correctional Association, where he serves as the Chair of the Facility Planning and Design Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee. He is also affiliated with the Association of Energy Engineers and a Certified Energy Manager.
