As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Encova Insurance, Tony brings nearly three decades of expertise in information security, risk management, cyber defense, and infrastructure to develop and implement a robust security program that drives successful business outcomes and safeguards our organization. Tony's core competencies encompass information security, risk management, security architecture, data governance, program management, and team building. In his role as CISO, he leads multiple teams of security professionals and solution engineers to oversee the cybersecurity program.

​Tony collaborates closely with business units, leadership, and the board to develop strategic roadmaps and tactical plans that prioritize the continued protection and compliance of Encova's technical enterprise.
