He is adept at applying his deep technical knowledge to optimize processes and implementing technology solutions to deliver operational efficiencies. His advisory engagements have spanned digital enablement, supplier alliances, capital procurement, and end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformation. Now an independent consultant (SevenSigma Consulting), he previously held roles at NorthMark Strategies, a multi-strategy investment firm, where Suhail was VP of Sourcing and Procurement. Before NorthMark Strategies, Suhail spent over a decade at BP, where he directed global procurement for multi-billion-dollar capital projects globally. He pioneered category strategies that unlocked hundreds of millions in savings, implemented zero-based budgeting programs, and built Centers of Excellence that reshaped procurement delivery globally. With engineering roots from Intel and Dell, and an MBA from UT Austin, Suhail brings a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and transformation leadership.
