I’m Stacy Orr—a well-oiled gear in the grand machine of corporate life, and I actually love it. But my story doesn’t stop at spreadsheets. Over the years, I’ve been on a powerful journey of unlearning—peeling back layers of internalized misogyny and stepping into my voice as a champion for women in the workplace.

When I’m not dancing with data in Excel, I’m wearing my favorite title: Mom. CJ and Cate call me Momma, Zuma (our spirited new puppy) calls me Dog Mom, and Diana, our aloof feline queen, calls me… when she feels like it.

And behind it all is my rock—Christopher, my husband of 18 years and my biggest cheerleader.
