Sr. Sustainability Manager

Sarah Dorsey is currently serving her second term on the advisory board for Ashland University’s Women in Leadership program. In this role, she contributes her expertise and insights to empower the next generation of women leaders. Sarah brings 20 years of leadership experience to the table along with specialized skills in banking, insurance, fundraising, direct sales, and manufacturing.

Sarah is currently the Senior Sustainability Manager at Ranpak, where she plays a crucial role in advancing the company’s environmental goals while promoting social responsibility. She has been with Ranpak for 6 years. Sarah has a B.A. from Kent State University and is pursuing her MBA from the University of Illinois. Sarah finds joy in spending time with her family and traveling. She is also a huge sports fan and loves to root for her hometown teams in Chicago, IL.
