Brower is a seasoned strategist and consultant with a strong background in program development, public relations, and organizational leadership. Her career spans education, entertainment, and public service, blending creativity with operational excellence.
As founder of Brower Entertainment, Patricia built a nationally recognized booking agency and marketing firm, earning listings in America's Who’s Who (2007) and The World’s Who’s Who (2008). She has produced live and digital content, managed talent, and trained over 200 booking agents globally through an online curriculum. She is MBE-certified and registered to do business with government entities. Patricia served as a Business Consultant for Chicago Public Schools, leading the Y2K technology transition, managing financial operations, and supporting community health initiatives. At The Ohio State University, she held administrative roles in Economics, Mathematics, and Engineering, collaborating with public utility commissioners and contributing to national publications. With over 20 years at Columbus City Schools, Patricia has supported leadership across departments and programs including VCAP (virtual education), IPASS (student redirection), Safety and Security, and the Department of Whole Child—a comprehensive initiative supporting at-risk youth through coordinated care teams. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University, with a minor in Business and a specialty in Advertising and Marketing. She also trained at Leo Burnett Advertising Agency as a Copywriter and Art Director. Patricia’s expertise in strategic planning, marketing, education, and technology transitions makes her a valuable contributor to forward-looking initiatives, including her role on the Strategic AI Program Board. |
