I am an accomplished, seasoned HR Professional, who has a passion to lead, inspire, and develop others using my extensive knowledgebase in strategic and tactical support of all areas of HR. I thrive at building strong, lasting relationships at every organizational level, and leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, and motivate managers, teams, and cross-functional groups to achieve business results.

​Areas of my support experience include, but are not limited to, high volume employee recruitment and retention, staff development, succession planning, benefits with 401k administration, HR management, policy and handbook development, and OSHA compliance. I am strongly committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and bridging the gap between a "we" verses "them" mentally when it comes to both internal and external customers of an organization. 

When not engaging in HR matters, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and traveling to warmer destinations.
