Maureen is an experienced trainer and mentor, as well as a seasoned change management and process improvement specialist. Maureen has extensive experience in the public sector, working for various departments of the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, as well as non-profit experience, working for various museums, including the Norman Rockwell Museum and the Connecticut Historical Society. Maureen holds a MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and has SHRM-CP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. When not working, Maureen enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and is a dedicated mom of one son.
