Josianne Legare is a distinguished expert in sales leadership and currently advising in the food industry. Until last month, she served as the chief commercial officer at Baxters North America from 2023 to 2025. With several years of experience in her profession, she was instrumental in overseeing various aspects of the business, including product development, commercialization, customer service, marketing functions and delivery of sales budgets. Prior to her recent role, Ms. Legare was the senior vice president of U.S. sales at Lassonde from 2019 to 2023. Previously, she served as the senior vice president of sales for Canada at Lassonde from 2015 until 2019, during which time she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and contributed significantly to the company’s growth.

Throughout her career, Ms. Legare’s dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including Store Brands’ 2022 Game Changer Award and the Star Women Award from Canadian Grocer in 2018.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from HEC Montreal, followed by an Executive Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2012.
