With over 16 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Hope Rutter brings a deep passion and dedication to her work. At Virginia Housing for 12 years, she currently oversees the Rental Servicing department, working to ensure safe and affordable housing for Virginians. Hope's extensive background includes expertise in LIHTC, Asset Management, Management, and Finance, solidified by numerous industry certifications and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Committed to fostering women in leadership, she is the President and founder of the Greater Virginia Women's Affordable Housing Network.
