Gretchen has led large-scale change initiatives at Fortune 100 companies and educational institutions, aligning learning solutions with business and human-centered outcomes. A graduate of Ashland University's Talent Development master's program, Gretchen is looking forward to her new role as a Strategic AI Advisor, supporting the university in integrating responsible AI practices into academic programs, enhancing digital fluency, and preparing future-ready learners and leaders.
