Colleen Sheehan is a results-driven SPreenior Executive with over 12 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement. As the Director of Human Resources at Hauser, INC, Colleen leads the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing the employee life cycle and promoting a highly inclusive culture. Colleen has a strong ability to identify developmental needs through coaching and mentoring leaders and is adept at fostering a positive company culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

Colleen holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys walking, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and advocating for pet adoption through various shelters.
