Christy Zeitz has created a lasting impact on many organizations during her 30+ years as a leader in fundraising, management, marketing, public relations, advocacy, and program development. Zeitz has raised millions of dollars for non-profit organizations, associations, and political campaigns.

She has worked tirelessly to build strong relationships with donors, community partners, investors, influencers, government agencies and elected officials. Zeitz has helped nonprofits understand the power of strategic partnerships and how to leverage these relationships to garner resources beyond just the dollars.

In 2017, Zeitz was hired as the first female CEO for Fellowship Square Foundation, a non-profit started in 1960 that provides affordable housing and services to low-income seniors. She has grown the organization both in reputation and financial reserves. Under her leadership, the organization has seen record growth in its income and project reserves; fundraising and event income; volunteer engagement and community partner support; and created a diverse and engaged Board of Directors. She received a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from West Virginia University, is an active Kappa Delta Alumnae and lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
