Dr. Bill Sodeman is a consultant and business coach who emphasizes the critical role of artificial intelligence in optimizing business performance and improving employee engagement. His podcast, The Perfect Route, explores trends and best practices in business coaching and corporate learning and development.  He has worked in adult education for much of his career, both as a business professor and a corporate learning & development executive. He earned a Ph.D. in strategic management and information systems from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Rollins College, and a BA in painting and printmaking from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
