Ben started in the transportation industry as a driver in 2008 for a very large carrier.  He’s been directly involved with or responsible for most all areas of an asset-based carrier, with much of his time focused on safety, recruiting, and training.

The first half of his career (and education) was engineering and IT, which provided a great foundation for all the data that the industry is now forced to ingest, process, and use for great decisions.  With that as a background, it must be intentional to keep the focus on the people the data exists to support.
