Construction Manager

TC Energy

Ashleigh Martin is starting her first term on the advisory board for the Women in Leadership Program. She is a Construction Manager at TC Energy who oversees natural gas infrastructure projects, while leading cross-functional teams. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, with an MBA in Project Management already completed, Ashleigh combines practical industry experience with academic insight.

Ashleigh's leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership - empowering team members through mentorship, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving. She is passionate about creating supportive environments where women can excel in traditionally male-dominated fields like construction and energy.

As an active member of Young Pipeline Professionals and participant in the AMPP Leadership Development Program, Ashleigh is committed to continuous professional growth while creating pathways for others. Through this year's term, she hopes to inspire the next generation of female leaders and help them navigate the complexities of the business world.
